- Begin by signing in to Google Analytics.
- Navigate to the desired account for the transfer.
- Within the account (depending on whether you intend to add a new user, property, or view level), select User Management.
- Go to the account permission list and click +, followed by selecting Add Users.
- Subsequently, input the email address of the new Google account user.
- Choose the option to notify the new user via email and send a notification accordingly.
- Choose the permissions you wish to grant.
